Group training is an excellent way to work towards your fitness goals. You can become accountable to a group larger than yourself while building comradery and friendship as you work hard together and inspire each other. Gather some friends, coworkers, or people you’ve met on social media and get started. The more people in the group, the cheaper it is for you!

Individual Training

Sometimes what you really need is some one-on-one training with a personal trainer. This can be a great way to kick off your fitness goals or supplement your existing routine. Maybe you do group training a couple of days a week but want a day or two a week to be more individualized training. When you need this personal attention, individual training is the way to go.
